Arnold is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in supply chain management and operations. Currently, he serves as the Chief Operations Officer at Jumbo Group, a role he has held since December 2021. 

As COO, Arnold is responsible for the areas of procurement, supply chain, quality and sustainability. 

Prior to Jumbo, he was the Global Director of Operations at Decowraps, though most of his career he spent at Starbucks. During nine years he held multiple positions focusing on consumer packaged goods, product commercialization and supply chain development. 

Arnold holds a master's degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Twente.
