Arnold has served as Chief Operations Officer since December 2021. With more than fifteen years of experience in end-to-end supply chain management, Arnold is a driven leader who combines strategic vision with a hands-on approach. His career includes various supply chain roles at leading consumer brands such as Bugaboo and Starbucks.

At Starbucks, Arnold was part of the Supply Chain Management Team, where he was responsible for shaping supply chains for new sales channels in his role within Supply Chain Development. Before joining Jumbo, he served as Chief Operating Officer at Decowraps, a packaging company in the floral industry.

In his current position, Arnold oversees procurement, planning, logistics, quality, and sustainability. He is focused on operational excellence and continuous improvement across the entire value chain. Arnold is known for his positive, solution-oriented mindset and his ability to bring structure to complex and dynamic environments.

Arnold holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Technology from The University of Twente.
