Mirela joined Jumbo Group as Chief Financial Officer in March 2025, bringing a wealth of experience in financial leadership. With a strong background in financial management and strategy, transformation management, and operational efficiency, she plays a key role in driving Jumbo Group’s financial health and long-term growth.

Before joining Jumbo Group, Mirela was Group CFO at Goliath Games, where she led the company’s financial management and strategy, optimised operational processes, and drove business performance.

Prior to that, she held various leadership roles in finance and finance supply chain management across different industries and countries at companies like Mercedes, Henkel, Adidas and Flora Food (ex-Unilever/KKR portfolio). Her expertise in financial management and strategic decision-making has contributed significantly to the success of the organisations she has been part of.

Alongside her role at Jumbo Group, Mirela is currently participating in the MIT Professional Education Chief Sustainability Officer Program to explore sustainable business strategies further.

Mirela holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Economics from the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Economics. Her international experience, financial expertise, and strategic mindset make her an invaluable part of the Jumbo team.
